In this Onion Bacon Mushroom Egg Puff, the caramelized onions are the star of the show! They add such a rich sweetness. However, the bacon and mushrooms are a close second. Like a lot of my egg dishes, you can make them in late quantities and have them all week. Make sure that you use a pan than can go from the stove top to the oven.
